i spent here 2 very comfortable days and would book here again. this hotel was relaxing base for exploring edinburgh, enjoyed it and property's lovely and approachable staff on a telephonic request. the room was absolutely gorgeous with a large bathroom and a bar, for instance, had a good night's sleep. favourable location of the hotel in centre.
My room had very limited view.

I loved everything about the hotel, staff were great, I loved the room, was down to see kings of Leon at murrayfield stadium and the location was great and a ten minute walk, from the strain station which was brilliant after a long journey I would deffinately recommend to friends and family.

During my stay, the Roseate offered a good experience with a beautifully decorated room and an really good dining experience. While the room felt slightly compact, the warm hospitality made it a nice getaway. I look forward to returning soon to explore more of Edinburgh's history.

Its close to airport, yet convenient because its on the main road into Edinburgh and can catch a bus easily.
There was one male check in staff at reception (afternoon shift) that was impatient and rude to us, our immediate impression was we were not welcomed at all, personally I'll never stay there again. The carpark area was also too small, most parking spaces were taken up by staff, rather than guests.

We booked into Dunston House but were upgraded to Dunstan City across the road. It is more modern than Dunston House But both are equally as good. I'm not sure I like the TV on whilst having breakfast but the food was very good. Evening meals have to be taken at Dunstan House. We will stay again. thanks
TV on at breakfast
